Nivas Sarveswaran, Certified Chartered Accountant is successfully leading S Ramachandran & Co as Managing Partner for the past 15 years. Practising CA since 2007 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi (ICAI). He has diverse exposure in the Audit, Tax and Finance fields having strong corporate experience in internal audit, accounting, Corporate Compliance, and Direct & Indirect Taxation and Statutory and Financial services.

A young entrepreneur aims at serving the country and contributing to nation-building. As the managing partner, he has always taken the lead in bringing the firm to a new height in the prof essional arena and shaping accounting and finance services in contemporary ways.

He has overseen the successful execution of S Ramachandran & Co to augment the capabilities and accelerate growth in key areas through his connectivity and networking.

CA. Kamalakanthan V

Kamalakanthan was in the industry since the time of qualification till August 2010 in the banking sector as a Credit & Relationship Manager. He is in practice since 2010 and has handled number of bank audit assignments and financing requirements of corporates and non-corporates. He is presently in charge of our Haridwar branch.

CA. RAMACHANDRAN S, FOUNDER

He has about 37 years of experience in industrial and professional field. He has been associated with S R Batliboi & Co one of the leading audit firm having association with Ernst and Young an international audit firm. He has carried out good number of concurrent audits and inspection audits for State Bank of India, Chennai Circle and also well versed in Merger and Amalgamation and corporate audits. He has also carried out number of system audits for corporate clients under Sarbanes Oxley Act..

CA. K Sundaramurthy

Sundaramurthy was in the industry since the time of qualification till with professional exposure to Accounts, Audit, Budgeting, MIS, Secretarial work, Taxation, TDS, Payroll and other legal formalities with customs, sales, Tax and Services taxes. He is practice since 1996 and has handled international audit assignment, internal audit assignment and bank audit assignment.
